Our products provide warmth for up to 5 hours on the highest setting. On a lower setting, this can extend to 9 hours under optimal conditions. This varies depending on the product type, as not all items have the same number of heating elements.

No, the powerbank is very lightweight, and the heating elements are extremely thin, so you hardly notice them while wearing the jacket.

The orange areas indicate where the products are heated. However, the products do not turn orange when heating.

No, it is important to keep the powerbank dry in the rain. Our products can be used in light rain, but they should not be turned on if the item becomes soaked.

Magnetar products use a 7.4-volt powerbank, which is low-voltage and not strong enough to cause any electric shock. Electrical shocks are only noticeable from 36 volts and higher.

Charging the powerbank takes 5 hours.

Yes, this is perfectly fine with our powerbank.

Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our products, even with daily intensive use. If a product fails within this year, we will refund the purchase price.

Follow these steps to clean your Magnetar Heat products:

1. Remove the powerbank.

2. Place the cable back in the inner pocket and cover it with the attached cap.

3. Zip the pocket closed.

4. Machine wash at a maximum of 40°C. Do not use bleach, do not steam, and do not wring.

5. Line dry in the shade or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron.

No, our products will not discolor from the heating elements, but they may discolor if exposed to direct sunlight for too long.

No, our products are even machine washable, making them resistant to movement.

If you order by 23:00, your product will be delivered the next business day. If you order by Friday 23:00, we also deliver on Saturday. For orders to Belgium, the cutoff is 22:00 for next business day delivery.

We ship all orders via PostNL, and you will receive a track and trace code with every order to follow your package.

If your product does not meet expectations, you may return it unused within 14 days of receiving it. Include the order confirmation or a copy with the return. We will refund the full purchase price within 10 days if the product meets the return conditions.
